Home Learning/Remote Learning
If you are absent from school due to self-isolation regulations but are otherwise well, the Government expects all children to complete daily tasks to keep their learning progressing.
These tasks will be emailed to you by the class teacher or you may be directed to access learning via the school website - Children & Remote Education/ Class Pages/ Select appropriate class. Home learning will include a broad curriculum offer of:
- daily Maths
- daily English
- daily Reading/ Phonics
- other tasks linked to this term’s learning (e.g. current science/history/geography topic, art, computing and French for KS2 pupils)
- A variety of Physical Activities, Outdoor Activities and Emotional Wellbeing Activities are regularly updated on the tab found below the class pages, for you to choose from.
Weekly Home Work is currently displayed on your class page.
During a full Lockdown, our detailed Remote Learning Plan can be found below. This is version controlled following ongoing reviews and self evaluation.
Should you have any queries or concerns around Remote Education, please contact the Class Teacher or the Headteacher and we will endeavour to help in any way we can.
