Transition Activities from Nursery into Reception Class
These activities are available for families to access repeatedly through the summer break as a reflective and reassuring process, enabling children to understand their own thoughts and feelings more clearly. It also provides children with the opportunity to repeat discussions, request more information and re-ask questions in order to work through any anxieties and ensure a smooth transition.
